Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a £30 cancellation fee. For no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before), a full 1-hour charge (£65) may apply.

Liability: We take great care in handling your items, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to goods during loading, transit,
or unloading unless caused by proven negligence. Please ensure all items are adequately packed and protected before collection.
Packing: Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for packing and securing all items. We are not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate or improper packing. Access & Parking: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access and parking at both collection and delivery points. Any parking fees or fines incurred will be added to the final cost. Time Estimates: All timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible. Exclusions: We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, live animals, or items prohibited by law. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may incur a fee.
